Terms & Conditions

The applicant should be an Indian born citizen or an NRI living aboard.
The Applicant should be married, can be divorced or widowed with or without children while participating in MRS INDIA GLOBAL 2022.
The applicant should be 21 years and above while participating in MRS INDIA GLOBAL 2022. An authentic ID proof for age (Passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate, driver’s license, etc.) and marriage certificate needs to be produced.
As a code of conduct, you will keep all matters relating to this pageant, as pure confidential and will not disclose any particulars/details to anybody verbally, print or in writing.
The organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
The organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will have to participate at her own risk & responsibility.
As an applicant, I agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organizers of MRS INDIA GLOBAL 2022.
All fees paid to the pageant are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstances. The fees paid towards grooming are non-refundable in any circumstances.
As an applicant, I understand and agree that I cannot quit or back out in any case after being selected as a finalist & submission of grooming fee, in that case there will be no refund.
The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
The organizers have all the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, and amend the show.
Contestants will not try to contact judges personally without the knowledge of the organizers.
Incorrect information will lead to disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
In the event of any dispute, the organizers decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
As an applicant, I agree to pay for any personal expenses for the pageant, including airfare, bus/taxi travel, wardrobe, hotel personal expenses & other miscellaneous charges/expenses etc.
Only the contestants will be allowed inside the designated venue along with the friends and family depends on the availability of the passes.
I understand that all photos and videos taken during the pageant are the rights of MRS INDIA GLOBAL 2022 and they may be used for marketing, promotional and advertising purposes which may include display on MRS INDIA GLOBAL 2022 official website, all forms of social media, calendars, brochures, videos, magazines etc.
Applicant understands and agrees that any misconduct, misrepresentation of themselves or other participation, through any form, oral, written and/or actions, will be grounds for disqualification, without any questions.
Rules and Regulations made by the company are subjected to the modification as may be deemed necessary by the company, without prior notice and / or intimation to the contestants and all the changes / modifications of these terms and conditions by the company will be accepted and abided by the entire contestant during the competition without any protest.
The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per the pageant schedule.
Contestant must not be involved in any porn, nudity, any illegal activity or any other adult activity, prohibited in the law of India, neither in past nor at present and during the tenure of the Competition, if contestant found doing such activity in the future she has to return the title, crown and sash immediately to MRS INDIA GLOBAL 2022. MRS INDIA GLOBAL as a company can take legal actions against any such activity done by contestants, without any demur and protest from the contestants.
Contestants are not allowed to participate in any other beauty contest while participating in MRS INDIA GLOBAL 2022.
As an applicant, I understand that if I get selected as a Finalist, I agree to pay the grooming fees within the committed time, failure to make the payment in time will leads to the disqualification of my participation without any refund.
The Organizers / Jury decisions will be the final decision.
The applicant should not be under any commercial contract with any modeling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions. The applicant once selected cannot be a part of any other commercial contract.
Mrs. INDIA GLOBAL 2022 has right to use the photographs, videos and other material/details provided by the contestant for their promotional activities and future concern. Contestant shall never protest for such right nor shall claim any amount or compensation in respect of the said right granted to Company.
The courts of New Delhi have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
