JOB TITLE: Sponsorship Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include sponsor prospecting, proposal customization and presentation, contract revision and servicing, and sponsor follow-up and support. The position will also be responsible for researching and evaluating suitable granting and funding opportunities, and for compiling the information needed to apply for such grants and funds.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop initiatives to recruit new sponsors
- Develop and maintain solid long-term relationships with sponsors
- Identify granting agencies with potential to fund fashion shows and venues
- Develop relationships with appropriate granting agencies
- Draft sponsorship packages and grant applications for a variety of fashion show events, venues and programs
- Ensure that sponsorship packages and grant applications are complete, executed, and updated when necessary by required deadlines
- Regularly review existing sponsorship agreements
- Provide accounting and the client with required invoices and paperwork
- Maintain a suitable database of all sponsorship activity such as progress timelines and contract values
- Attend meetings as required
JOB TITLE: Social Media Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include Building content calendars and scheduling/publishing content on all the social media channels. Community management (replying to comments and messages, flagging issues to other teams). Acting as a channel owner for all social media accounts (including knowing each channel’s best practices, deciding which content goes out where and when, and adapting content across channels). Social listening (including monitoring hash tags and branded keywords, detecting brand safety issues, managing social media crises, and identifying real-time marketing opportunities).
